He soon finds his voice though, and takes us through the process from the day of the injury, the surgery, the physical pain that keeps him awake at night, the gruelling recovery work with the physios, how he misses being part of his team. It opens with the Basque forward walking on crutches onto the training pitch at the La Liga club’s Zubieta facility, and struggling to sit down in a chair, to even speak to the camera.
